Villa transformation for a growing family
BRIEF
Transform the old Island Bay villa into a functional, modern home.
Requirements were creating a new kitchen (removing a wall to create large open plan kitchen/dining/living room) and new bathrooms ( main bathroom and ensuite) on a limited budget.
OUTCOME
The mix of classic and modern design styles were used to modernize this classic beauty. We created custom designed wardrobes which were designed and created as a flat pack to be able to fit into
the room through the narrow hallway.
